TICKETS

 

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

Yes, you can purchase your tickets either online or at the gate. We recommend you buy your tickets online so you can skip the ticket queue at the event.

 

How do I register my ticket? 

If you buy your tickets online you can complete the registration form on checkout. If you buy your tickets at the gate, simply register your ticket at the iPad stations at the show entrance.

 

Why should I register my ticket?

We encourage you to register your tickets to the Waikato Home & Garden Show to assist with contact tracing if necessary. By completing the registration form you go in the draw to win a fantastic prize from Pragma Homes! Plus, you’ll be able to scan your registered ticket at many exhibitor stands for more chances to win great prizes. 

 

Do I need to print my ticket?

There’s no need to print your tickets. Simply have your tickets on your mobile phone ready to scan on entry.

 

Can I get my ticket resent to me?

Yes, no problem. Simply complete the form here.

  

What day can I use my general entry ticket for?

You can use your ticket on any day of the Waikato Home & Garden Show, but it can only be used once.

 

Do children need tickets?

No, all children under the age of 17 years are FREE and do not require a ticket to the Waikato Home & Garden Show.

 

I'm a senior, do I get a senior discount? 

Yes, on Seniors' Day (Thursday only) you can get entry to the Waikato Home & Garden Show for $10. All other days however are full price.

  

What if I want to come on more than one day?

That’s great! You will need to purchase another ticket to return on another day. 

 

I can no longer come, can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable to any other person. Just make sure they update their registration details at the iPad stations at the show entrance.

 

I have flu-like symptoms, can I still attend?

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we recommend you stay at home. If you cannot attend the Waikato Home& Garden Show due to being sick or having to isolate, you will receive a ticket refund (excluding transaction fees and a $2 refund fee).


 

PARKING

 

How much is parking? 

Parking is controlled by Claudelands Event Centre, not the Waikato Home & Garden Show organisers. 

Cost of parking is $5 for the day.

What time does the the Waikato Home & Garden Show open?

The Waikato Home & Garden Show opens at 10am each day. 

 

Should I get cash out before I arrive?

Most exhibitors will have Eftpos available at the Waikato Home & Garden Show and we recommend using Eftpos where available. There are also cash out facilities located around Claudelands Event Centre, however it's always good to bring cash if you plan to spend!

 

Are you taking extra safety precautions for Covid-19?

Yes, we certainly are. The health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff is paramount.
