I have been cooking in the industry for going on 20 years, working fine dining, small plate restaurants and managing multiple kitchens. My real passions lie in creating beautiful and well balanced meals using simple ingredients found in household pantries and learning new cooking methods and recipes to add to my collection. Nothing makes me happier than to try out a new ingredient or a weird and wonderful dish made with love from some ones else's family recipe book.
