Nic Brockelbank

13 year old Nicholas Brockelbank has published two cook books; Nic's Cookbook and Nic's Lunchbox.

These books contain some of Nic's favourite recipes. Nic lives with muscular dystrophy and has been the ambassador for the NZ Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) since 2012. Nic and Scholastic NZ donate half of the royalties from sales of Nic's cookbooks to the MDA.
