Mat recently won the 2017 Matariki Dish Challenge and was once again named one of the best restaurants in Hamilton (& NZ) by Cuisine Magazine.  He will be celebrating Spring and local flavours with his demonstration, focusing on seasonal produce with Tamahere asparagus and cilantro chevre tortellini.
