Modern Building Solutions Ltd

We are a qualified engineer (Matt) and a qualified builder (John), with over 14 years experience in each of our chosen fields. We joined forces back in 2015 to create Modern Building Solutions Ltd. Our goal was to provide the best quality transportable buildings on the market.

We use a combination of steel and timber framing, structurally insulated panels (SIPS) and large 4m triboard wall panels.
All this combined with eco wool insulation gives a strong, rigid and warm structure, which can easily be transported and customized to suit individual needs.

Building cabins and tiny houses on trailers has been a natural progression for us. We started out building cabins on wheels for the rental market, which has forced us to refine our building method to ensure our cabins can withstand the demands of road transportation.
