Head of Food & Beverage at Hamilton’s SKYCITY, Nathan is behind City Co-op and new take on food and beverage at SKYCITY, making it a dining destination.
Nathan has been in NZ now for 8 years and worked previously in the finest of luxury hotels in Auckland including the Stamford Plaza and the Langham. Prior to moving to NZ, Nathan has worked as Executive Chef in the Natural History Museum in London and has also worked in several places around the world including Sydney and the Caribbean.
Head of over five very different food outlets, Nathan has his hands full! Nathan is taking his inspiration for his demo from the wonderful local cheese makers with not one, but three cheesy dishes! An apple and goats cheese soufflé, a Meyer Gouda and cider fondue & Welsh rarebit – 3 ways. Sounds grate!
