This mother of 2 is no stranger to the cooking scene. Landing an epic fourth place in the 4th season of MasterChef NZ, working for Tony Sassi’s Italian restaurant and setting up her own business, “Kitchen Without Boundaries”, Vanessa Baxter's infectious and adventurous personality spills over to the dishes she makes. Having been inspired from her own experiences in Europe and Asia, it is no surprise that her dishes are packed with flavour and life. Vanessa has recently just published her first book, The Fearless Kitchen.
