We go to the Sunday markets. We visit the local farms. We find the freshest ingredients. Then we do the rest. The hard stuff. We research recipes from all over the world. We prep, parboil, dice and slice. Delicious ingredients in perfect portions, ready to cook. We leave you with the finishing touches. Nothing too tricky, just cooking it. And eating it.
