Imagine the aroma of succulent Free Range Chicken, basted with a blend of Provencale herbs, garlic and olive oil, slowly roasting in a gas fired rotisserie and allow yourself to be transported to a market in the south of France.
Ma Poule Rotisserie serves delicious Turks Free Range Chicken, raised in the Manawatu by a New Zealand owned family business since 1966 and cooked to perfection in Provencale style.

Served whole or halved. Take a quarter with roast potatoes, carrots, jus and Provencale slaw.
Or perhaps hot chicken, brie, salad greens, mayo and a dollop of cranberry all served in a Turkish bun.
