The winning entry will be drawn at random on 7/10/19 at the close of the Home Show. The winner notified via the contact details provided. The first correct entry drawn will be deemed the winner. Where the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the draw, an alternate will be chosen by a subsequent random draw from entries. The winner agrees to the publication of their name for promotional purposes. The winner may choose the prize to be claimed. Either: a free household relocation of furniture and personal effects including trucking and labour by “Moving On Removals” to maximum value of $1,000 at commercial rates within the greater Waikato region, or three consecutive free months of self-storage at Storage King Hamilton Central, Hamilton South or Cambridge for a new customer then rate, for a maximum aggregate capacity of 50m3 . Storage Site subject to availability on dates requested The Prize is to be claimed and utilized within 12 months of the date of the draw. On notification the winner will indicate dates for the service chosen as prize as far as practicable, and then is responsible for maintaining regular contact with the prize provider who will not be held liable for any costs, damages or inconvenience due to a failure of the winner to maintain liaison in a timely manner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and is able to be redeemed only by the person advised by the winner as recipient. No refund is available on unused portions of the free period of storage nor the difference between the actual relocation costs and maximum value claimable as prize. Insurances remain the responsibility of the winner who indemnifies the provider from claim should the winner elect to waive insurances cover. The winner agrees to abide by the contract conditions of a signed storage agreement, or any agreement / arrangement for carriage of goods.
