At Azzuro Epicurean we are passionate about real food. Food that is not over processed or full of additives. Instead we want to bring to food products that are pure and unadulterated, that represent and elevate the ingredients. These are products made in time honored and traditional ways that use real ingredients grown and prepared with care. Our current range is New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars imported from Italy.
Azzuro's fruit driven extra virgin olive oil has been crafted to capture the essence of New Zealand's pristine environment. The fruity flavours represent the pure expression of the olive varieties and the unique terroir found in the carefully selected North Island Groves.
We import a range of vinegars from Due Vittorie a family owned business in the Modena area of Italy, the only region true authentic balsamic can come from.
