Luke McGowan

Luke got a taste for hospitality at age 12 helping a family friend's catering company on weekends. Born in Christchurch, Luke grew up in Pukekohe moving to Hamilton in 2009.

Luke says "I love working in hospitality to me it's not just a job it's a lifestyle. I am hooked on the fast paced environment, the ever changing food styles & dishes, pressure to perform under stressful situations, working in a team environment where everyone is working towards the same goals. I enjoy teaching new techniques and recipes to staff members and watching them grow as chefs."
