From humble beginnings,in barn beside an airfield ,a group of pilots,aviation and craft beer enthusiasts began brewing their own beer.Three years later and still based in Te Kowhai,Hamilton,Pilot Brewery are off to a flying start with their first four creations,Low VIs,Full Rich,Avgas and Microlight.Pilot beer is designed and crafted in our own butique micro-brewery.In just three years Pilot Breweries have developed our four devine flavours thanks to passion,work,and love for our product,and having thoroughly tested it.In excess of 50,000 litres of beer has flown off the shelves at New World supermarkets,liquor stores,restaurants and bars.So on your way into this years Waikato Home And Garden Show call in and see the team at Pilot Brewery site number 543 at our bar and try a sample on us then on your way out of the show call in again relax and finish your show with a couple of quiet ones.You can also take home with you one or maybe two of our mixed six packs.
