Jay & Sarah

Jay & Sarah

Jay and Sarah are parents of three amazing children, food content creators, published cookbook authors, food tv presenters and passionate home cooks.

Their love of food led them on a journey to compete on TVNZ’s most popular reality cooking TV series “My Kitchen Rules”. The home cooks continued to entertain and wow the viewers with their fresh and flavoursome dishes that included an array of healthy alternatives that definitely impressed the judges, and saw them finish as proud Semi-finalist.

Since the show they have gone on to have an amazing career in the food industry, including the release their first family cookbook ‘Jay and Sarah’s – Fresh and Affordable Family Food’, online cooking series through Maori TV - ‘Quick Kai with Jay and Sarah’, multiple brand ambassadorships and most recently their self produced lifestyle show “Whanau Wellbeing” for Maori TV.

Currently, they spend their time creating amazing recipe content (video, photography, styling, writing) for food brands and also balance that out with their other love of running their personal development and Life Coaching services for their business Elevate Life NZ.

They have an original, fresh and unique perspective on all things and they hope to share their passions to help inform and inspire people to live a balanced life of total health and wellbeing.
