Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

Yes, it is required by the New Zealand Government that all attendees over the age of 12 must show a valid My Vaccine Pass to attend this event. If you cannot verify your vaccination upon arrival, you will not be permitted entry. Only unvaccinated individuals under the age of 12 will be exempt from this ruling. You may also be asked to show ID to validate vaccination or exemption passes.

Are there any ticketing fees?

We try to keep our ticketing prices as affordable as possible, but unfortunately we do have to pass on a $2 administration fee which is already built into the ticketing price plus an additional 2.5% in service fees to cover processing of credit/debit card. Should we need to refund your tickets, you’ll be refunded the total ticket amount, excluding the $2 administration free and 2.5% service fees.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

Yes, you can purchase your tickets either online or at the gate. We recommend you buy your tickets online so you can skip the ticket queue at the event.

How do I register my ticket?

If you buy your tickets online you can complete the registration form on checkout. If you buy your tickets at the gate, simply register your ticket at the iPad stations at the show entrance.

Why should I register my ticket?

We encourage you to register your tickets to the Waikato Home & Garden Show to assist with contact tracing if necessary. By completing the registration form you go in the draw to win a fantastic prize from Pragma Homes! Plus, you’ll be able to scan your registered ticket at many exhibitor stands for more chances to win great prizes.
