Colin Chung - Kana Vinaka

Colin Chung was born in Hawaii and after working his way around the world he settled in Raglan where he started the infamous Vinnies. Colin has a deep knowledge and love of the Pacific, spending a lot of time in the Islands helping these Island nations discover, celebrate and benefit from their unique food. This year Colin published Kana Vinaka a cook book that shares contemporary recipes from Fiji.
